Missions Week #1
Dear Beloved!
What is the cost of a soul? The Lord Jesus said in Mat 16:26 'For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own (eternal) soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?' The answer...? Nothing. He must accept the good news of Jesus substitute sacrifice for sins... if he want speace with God I heaven as his home.
Therefore, June & July is missions month for the Dani Ministry. While most are preparing to go off on summer vacations, the Dani Team is servicing her sound system & generator, & gearing up to reach more precious souls in the buffalo towns with the Good News of Jesus & His sacrifice!
We want to keep it fresh and burning hot in our minds, this reality… that while many of us cannot count how many times we have heard something about Jesus… many, many, many more never heard anything about Jesus... not even once!
And, it is our utmost duty to fulfill Jesus’ last command given in Mark 16:15-16, to ”Go… into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature”. Why? “He that believes and is baptized, shall be saved, but, he that believes not… shall be damned”.
Here in India, where they boast of over 300,000 “gods”, they have their pooja’s, their looong list of activities that serve to ‘wash their sins away’. Such is the confusion of the minds of the people… until… they are exposed to the simple truth of the cross.
How the sin of the first man & woman was passed down thru the bloodstream to their offspring, making each of us to be sinners by birth—and since the sin is in the blood… no outward works can wash the stain away. Only the substitutional sacrifice of the sinless Son of God can do this wondrous feat! When this news is revealed to the hearers they are filled with joy and embrace the answer to their dillema and are re-united with their Heavenly Father.
This is what we proclaim week in and week out to the unreached peoples. We also pray for the needs of the people as well as for any diseases they may be oppressed by… and, Jesus does His wondrous works still. Many have even declared openly on the microphone, that the Lord had appeared or even talked with them. It is an awesome privilege to be here… doing His will, in His name.
To those of you who have been faithfully supporting this work, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You will have to wait until Heaven to fully realize our Heavenly Father’s thankfulness for helping us to reach the ones He died for. I encourage you to remain steadfast in your prayers for us and in your giving of monies. The Lord’s hand is surely upon you with great reward… now, & forever.
And, now I take this opportunity to invite more of you to help us in this work. When you give, the Lord promises to multiply your seed sown back to you in a wonderful way. Your giving enables us to … rescue souls from an eternal destination damned in hell, for one. Then , as we pray for them , the life of Heaven flows into them setting them free, in so many ways. They are re-connected with their Heavenly Father who will never leave nor forsake them.
So, I invite you to… help Dani & to partner with us. This is an invitation only. We are not ‘begging’ nor ‘scrimping around’ looking for scraps. This is the Lord’s work and it shall be accomplished! You are only being invited to assist us... and surely the Lord shall smile upon you & bless you. This is true. Also, if u are inspired to send our nesletter to interested parties kindly do so and help to enlarge this ministry.
Below, (after the Dani Video section) is a short list of items of need. They need your prayers, and if you so desire to fund an item or project, do so quickly before the devil is given a chance to change your mind. It is usually the Lord who says to give and to give generously… then soon thereafter the flesh kicks in and ‘reason’, and maybe fear or what have you… and then nothing is done. Don’t allow that to happen. God can’t bless a seed we don’t sow.
Lastly, we are also in heavy prayer now, waiting upon the Lord for directions, provisions, etc, for He spoke sometime ago that we were to move to Nagaland—well, as of today, the long awaited restricted area permit, allowing me to live in that state, has arrived. And only a few months ago we received a call that 110 acres of fruitful land was ready for us to obtain (we had prayed for 100 acres for our HQ’s & farm land)—sooo, this means the money, the means… is on the way.
We want you to be a part of this budding & growing ministry! God’s will shall be done thru us.. together. We are privileged to be praying for you partners & loved ones. And we thank you for believing in Jesus in us and His call upon us.
